Tracking progress with prospects, identifying follow-up needs, and supporting data-driven decision-making. Consistent activity entry enables leadership to forecast effectively and provide targeted support.
  • 15% – Product knowledge and market engagement: Maintaining ongoing knowledge of health plan benefits, product features, and Kelsey-Seybold ACO network offerings, with the ability to clearly communicate this information to employers, brokers, carriers, and prospective members. • 15% – Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborating with all departments to ensure a seamless experience for employer prospects and clients. Regular communication with marketing, operations, account management, and clinical teams to align messaging, coordinate activities, and support the overall sales strategy. Working cross-functionally to drive efficiency, strengthen internal alignment, and ensure employer needs are met with consistency and accuracy throughout the sales process and beyond.
