Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets through effective prospecting and relationship-building
  • Engage healthcare providers to promote the Shield test and gain adoption
  • Utilize challenger selling techniques to address provider needs and demonstrate value
  • Educate and support providers for seamless integration of the Shield test into workflows
  • Collaborate with clinical, marketing, and product teams for cohesive execution
  • Identify new business opportunities and foster collaborations within territory
  • Plan and execute business strategies for launching cancer screening technologies

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of customer-facing sales experience in healthcare (diagnostics, medical device, or pharmaceutical)
  • 2+ years of sales experience and direct clinical experience (as a nurse or physician assistant) can suffice
  • Preferred experience with diagnostic or cancer screening products for primary care providers
  • Demonstrated sales expertise in engaging clients and overcoming objections
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare provider landscape with ability to learn product knowledge
  • Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex information
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Veeva
