This position is within the Hispanic Business Unit at Flood Communications, representing Fiesta 94.5, Lobo 97.7, Telemundo Nebraska, and a portfolio of 16 radio and television stations.

Responsibilities

Prospect and secure new business across multiple platforms (radio, TV, and digital) Conduct in-depth clients' needs assessments and business discussions with decision-makers Develop and present tailored marketing solutions that leverage our extensive media portfolio Monitor campaign performance and ensure ongoing client satisfaction Serve as a community leader and brand ambassador through consistent face-to-face client interactions Reinforce the unique value of Flood Communications’ growing network and vibrant Hispanic audience

Qualifications

Previous broadcast or media sales experience preferred Proven track record of growing account revenue Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software Strong verbal, written, and persuasive communication skills Solid understanding of marketing and branding strategies Valid U.S. work authorization and driver’s license Ability to work a flexible schedule
