About the role
The Enterprise Account Executive for Owners, Developers, GC (OGC) role is part of the Owner, Developer, and General Contractor Sales Team at Built. This team is responsible for revolutionizing the business of construction by leveraging technology.
Responsibilities
- Articulate Built’s value proposition to executives in large commercial real estate developers, investors, and general contractors.
- Understand the prospect’s business through excellent discovery and qualification.
- Deliver the Built value proposition in a clear and compelling manner to C-suite executives and decision-makers.
- Qualify prospects and build business cases for adoption.
- Progress opportunities through various companies involved in construction (commercial developers, investors, contractors).
- Coordinate with executive management and other internal teams to ensure a great client experience and to continuously improve processes and products.
- Rapidly learn the market, the decision-makers, our products, and the value propositions, successfully meeting or exceeding agreed-upon quotas.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years of experience running the full sales cycle of a software solution using a consultative approach
- Enterprise software sales experience, especially in slow-to-adopt or complex verticals
- Understanding of and/or experience with finance or construction industries (a plus)
- Demonstrated knowledge/experience regarding back-office operations
- Proven record of exceeding revenue targets
- Superb interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Unquestionable integrity, work ethic, and sense of ownership
- Comfortable working in a high-growth environment
- Must be based in Dallas, TX, and willing to travel frequently throughout the region and nationally as needed (up to 50%)
Skills
- Enterprise software sales experience
- Understanding of and/or experience with finance or construction industries (a plus)

Pay
$120,000 - $140,000 per year
Schedule
Remote employees are expected to travel to Nashville (or a company-designated location) at least twice a year for gatherings like Connect Week. Additional travel may be required based on your role and business needs.
