Account Executive, Mid-Market
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential target accounts through in-depth prospecting and network building.
- Have deep discovery calls that lead to creating and delivering effective sales presentations and pitches to C-Suite and other stakeholders.
- Build and nurture client relationships.
- Seek out opportunities to upsell and cross-sell existing accounts.
- Able to self-generate pipeline, attend trade shows, and personalize outreach.
- Understand and satisfy client needs and challenges.
- Be the first line of defense when something goes wrong.
- Handle negotiations and legal calls to help close more business.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and company products/solutions to best serve our clients.
- Prospect Strategy: Understand the prospect's near and long-term strategic priorities and organizational goals, business objectives, challenges, and capabilities in order to develop a prospect-specific strategy and tactical delivery plan.
What Success Looks Like...
- In 1 month: Learn about the current state of healthcare, Videa’s value proposition, and the market fits for DSOs and Insurance. Complete a comprehensive onboarding process and complete a post-onboarding test.
- In 3-6 months: Understand your market and have a prospecting plan built out, be able to deliver a demo and full pitch of Videa, run a full sales cycle from prospecting to close, close business and hit your goal, be able to provide feedback to other members of Videa to enhance our product offering, attend conferences and build a strong network in the dentistry space.
What You Bring
- 4-8 years of professional experience in a business-to-business environment (preferably Dentistry or tech).
- Bachelor’s/Associate’s degree.
- Understanding of how DSOs and dental insurers operate.
- Strategic thinker who does not shy away, but rather is motivated by seemingly intractable challenges.
- Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and change.
- Entrepreneurial, wants to be seen as the leader in AI and takes ownership.
- Strong self-starter with a track record of getting things done.
- Analytical and has strong mental agility.
Bonus Points
- Experience in healthcare, dental, AI, or regulated environments.
- Experience in high-growth or startup environments.
