Responsibilities
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential Mid Market clients to establish new business relationships. Use your industry knowledge to craft tailored outreach strategies, and prioritize leads effectively to maximize resources and sales opportunities.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations that highlight how our solutions address the unique challenges of Mid Market clients. Customize presentations based on client needs and industry trends to foster engagement and drive interest.
- Consultative Selling: Collaborate with potential clients to understand their specific business requirements, offering customized solutions to meet those needs. Build trust-based relationships with senior-level decision-makers by advising them on best practices and delivering actionable insights.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing, securing orders that create value for both clients and the organization. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to revenue growth and the overall success of the sales team.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Partner with the marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure alignment on product offerings and client requirements. Provide feedback on market trends and client needs to help shape our offerings and improve customer satisfaction. Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge.
- Account Forecasting and Planning: Deliver accurate account forecasts and strategic sales plans on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis. Analyze market data to identify growth opportunities, inform strategic decisions, and ensure sales targets are met. Track and record metrics throughout the entire sales process.
- Additional Duties as Assigned: Take on other tasks as needed to support business objectives, including staying up to date with Mid Market trends.
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience, particularly in selling SaaS and Cloud/On-Prem cybersecurity solutions.
- Proven success as a high-performing Sales Representative with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions.
- Exceptional ability to build trust-based relationships with senior-level decision-makers.
- A strong competitive drive, with a high need for achievement and a passion for winning.
- Enthusiastic, optimistic, and certain of victory, Unfazed by rejection
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Easily builds rapport and establishes relationships with accounts.
- Listens patiently, will probe and clarify to get a real sense of customer’s needs.
- Coachable, listens to and implements advice from the manager.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to convey them over the phone.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and enjoys the challenge of tight deadlines and managing a variety of duties.
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.

- Familiar with annual subscription management
- Knowledge of the cybersecurity industry
- Prior B2B experience is required.
