Account Executive - Miami

Job Duties

• Possess and utilize strong cold calling and email outreach skills.
• Identify and qualify potential customers through research and networking.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and pain points.
• Present and sell solutions that address SMB operational and technological challenges.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.
• Harness and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and activities.
• Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B environments.
• Experience with cold outreach and maintaining high activity levels.
• Effective communication and confidence when interacting with business owners.
• Self-motivation, ability to manage personal pipeline and time.
• Current and active Driver's License, possession of own vehicle.

Other Compensation & Perks

• Competitive base salary ranging from $45,000 to $55,000.
• Uncapped commission structure for performance-based earnings.
