About the Role
This position will handle total sales functions from lead generation and follow-up to completed sale. Also responsible for establishing sales forecast and maintaining budgets and expenses related to sales activity. Responsible for net new business and assigned existing business through a mixture of virtual and face-to-face environments. Manages the activity and health of their territory’s sales funnel to ensure successful attainment of their annual Sales Objective.
Participates, leads, and coordinates contract processes and negotiations between clients and internal departments to include component contract input and contributions for applicable opportunities. Generates leads and follows-up on all leads generated by various sources and submitted, analyzing and qualifying potential prospects.
Works with Executive Director and Sales Director to develop an annual territory plan outlining critical areas of focus and activities to ensure attainment of their annual sales objective. Works closely with appropriate staff in order to coordinate demonstrations and complete RFP requests.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field and 2 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient in working with and providing basic user support of Personal Computers.
- Proficient in Microsoft CRM, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 years of experience within the payments industry or selling complex outsourcing and software solutions to senior level executives.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and reasoning skills.
- Builds rapport with clients, team members, and leadership.
- Understands the client’s needs and offers a solution by matching product features and benefits to their pain points.
- Takes a consultative approach and puts customer’s needs first.
- Able to find leads and build a strong pipeline.
- Takes accountability for their actions, progress, and results.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Pay
The compensation range for this position is $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 annually. This position will be eligible for commission or an annual performance incentive plan. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience, and take into account internal equity.
