Responsibilities
- Possess proven product-market fit and rapid success across sales organization
- Navigate past gatekeepers and find decision-makers by leveraging phone and technology tools
- Create opportunities and book demos with new and existing customer leads
- Lead product demos that are engaging, insightful, and challenging
- Engage medical practices through timely outreach using sales tech stack
- Log all interactions, notes, demo dispositions, and forecasts in Salesforce
- Continuously improve sales approach from prospecting to closing
- Give and accept feedback, collaborate with colleagues, lead a team project, and lift team members
- Traavel and attend industry events and trade shows as needed
- Take ownership and accountability of own success
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in an outbound sales role (ex: Sales Development Representative, outbound Account Executive)
- 1+ year of experience in a closing sales role
- Independent worker, self-starter, and proven ability to exceed expectations in a remote work environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to convey and relate ideas to others
- Experience in Customer Relationship Management tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Experience using cloud-based communication tools (such as Slack, Salesloft, Dialpad, etc.)
- Willingness to work in a dynamic, ever-changing environment filled with friendly competition where high performance is directly rewarded
Pay
- $90k base pay
- $80k on-target commission
