Account Executive - Home Care

Responsibilities

• Conducting all aspects of the sales process from prospecting to strategic account management
• Affirming client needs and delivering service presentations
• Client/family consultations and ensuring timely follow-up
• Crafting quarterly business plans aligned with growth objectives
• Maintaining all sales activities using CRM software
• Collaborating with Intake and Case Management teams for streamlined care coordination and client admissions
• Adhering to established sales and marketing strategies
• Monitoring competitor activities and market trends
• Representing the company as a knowledgeable resource for Home Care services

Qualifications and Skills

• 2-3 years of measured success in Sales and Marketing or private pay healthcare roles
• PREFERRED: Experience in Home Health, Home Care, or Hospice
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience working with a CRM system
• A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A sense of urgency to convert leads and solve complex problems
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Must remain in stationary position for long periods of time at desk or computer
• Requires occasional standing, sitting, walking; using hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reaching with hands and arms; climbing stairs; hearing; talking
• Field/territory based; occasional office presence for scheduled and required meetings
• Collaboration with territory-specific Care Centers
