About the role

Insignia Event Services is a leading event solutions provider, affiliated with the Arizona Cardinals, producing all events at State Farm Stadium, including Arizona Cardinals home games. We also manage Sportsman's Park and Heritage at Sportsman's Park, offering flexible venues for various events.

Responsibilities

  • Research, identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities within the Arizona market
  • Proactively prospect and establish relationships with potential group leaders through daily outreach including phone calls, emails, and social networks
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability through the generation of new business and further development of existing accounts
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction for both new and existing clients
  • Achieve established sales revenue goals as determined by the Assistant General Manager
  • Maintain accurate records of all client communications and correspondence with using CRM
  • Collaborate with Craft Heritage culinary team and management to develop, customize, and execute menus for catering and event staffing needs
  • Prepare and deliver key reports to the Insignia Leadership team including special event revenue reports, profit and loss statements, sales recaps, and forward-looking projections
  • Gather post-event client feedback to assess satisfaction, evaluate performance, and identify risks or liabilities associated with events
  • Stay informed on industry trends and developments within the local market to inform strategy and service improvements

Qualifications/Requirements

  • At least two (2) years of experience in group events and/or ticket sales, or equivalent
  • Successful track record of achieving sales goals
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work collaboratively and propose creative solutions
  • A positive commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
  • Must be able to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to work assigned events
  • Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for long periods of time (up to 10 hours in length)
