About the role

The Account Executive will be responsible for providing quality client management of client relationships by anticipating client needs and questions, performing research to ensure the client’s employee benefits program supports their financial and organizational goals, and providing renewal management with oversight, and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Developing and managing a 2–5 year employee benefits strategy that aligns with each client’s business goals and objectives.
• Ensuring a high-quality client experience through overall leadership and oversight for the delivery of Kapnick’s employee benefits services.
• Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and account rounding.
• Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients and carrier partners.
