About the role

The Account Executive, Business Team Sales role at T-Mobile is designed for ambitious, results-driven sales professionals who are passionate about building stellar customer relationships and bringing T-Mobile's unmatched products and services to underserved markets. This is a true hunter role that involves meeting and exceeding monthly sales quota objectives by successfully acquiring new accounts with small businesses (1-9 employees), while developing skills to move your career into the next level Account Executive, Business Sales role. You will sell products, services, and solutions to gain new business through prospecting, cold-calling, networking, and generating leads and referrals. You will analyze customer needs and utilize solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services, tailoring customer recommendations to negotiate and close business.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and work leads in developed and underdeveloped territories through prospecting, cold calling, and networking under sales manager supervision.
  • Demonstrate T-Mobile's value through customer needs analysis and selling. Recommend wireless solutions, including price plans, data services, handsets, and accessories.
  • Negotiate and close deals.
  • Develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management with leadership. Participate in product training and sales meetings.
  • Create effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals.
  • Utilize sales force automation, manage sales funnel, and report on sales activities and forecasts.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • 1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably within a commissioned environment (Preferred)
  • Outside B2B sales experience (Preferred)
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Pay

Total Target Cash Pay Range: $71,700 - $129,500, inclusive of target incentives. Base Pay Range: $43,020 - $77,700. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
