Job Summary

BC Group International is seeking an Account Executive to manage relationships and generate revenue in the Central US region focusing on the biomedical testing industry. Key responsibilities include customer relationship management, travel for meetings, and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and sustain relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Travel to customer locations for face-to-face meetings with decision-makers
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries
  • Communicate and collaborate with marketing, sales, and logistics departments
  • Compile reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts
  • Expand relationships with existing customers by proposing solutions
  • Negotiate contracts with customers
  • Provide product, pricing, and technical information to customers
  • Document all verbal and written communication with customers and prospects in CRM
  • Review contract orders for incoming sales orders
  • Participate in trade shows

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of sales experience
  • Healthcare industry sales experience required
  • HTM/Biomedical experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software
  • The ability to build rapport with customers
  • The ability to handle multiple customer accounts
  • Strong negotiation and leadership skills
