About the role

The Account Executive 2 position at Egnyte is aimed at individuals with 2+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience, particularly in acquiring new logos within the Architecture, Construction, and Engineering (AEC) fields. This role requires a strong value-selling approach and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales plans to target small businesses within the assigned territory.
  • Proactively prospect, identify, qualify, and develop a robust sales pipeline with minimal supervision.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Utilize communication skills and industry/company knowledge to close deals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Understand market trends and interpret data relevant to Egnyte's initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience working in the Architecture, Construction, or Engineering field.
  • A track record of success in driving consistent activity and pipeline development.
  • Ability to determine customer requirements and present appropriate solutions.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • Experience working in the Architecture, Construction, or Engineering field.
  • A goal-oriented track record with a history of overachievement (President’s Club, Rep of the Year, etc.).
  • Experience determining customer requirements and presenting appropriate solutions.

Pay

The standard base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $70,000 - $85,000 annually. Pay varies by work location and may also be dependent on job-related skills, knowledge, and/or experience.

Schedule

The role is available in a hybrid (for candidates within 50 miles of an office) or remote (for candidates outside that range) format.
