About the role

The Account Director, Wealth Management is a proactive and knowledgeable consultant and ally for customers, responsible for ensuring that InRhythm is meeting our objectives, while delivering on the promise of quality and providing a world-class experience. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for the financial aspects of the partnership, including maintaining current business and executing on growth targets.

Responsibilities

  • Drive net new sales from named prospects within your assigned accounts
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to drive business opportunities from initial prospecting through negotiation to contract close

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of $3 Mil+ quota-carrying experience in a full cycle sales role with strong prospecting, qualifying, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Proven track record of managing, growing, and retaining Enterprise Financial Services accounts (Fortune 250); a plus if that experience was specifically with wealth or asset management firms
  • Strong business and technical skills to interface with customers and other team members
  • Highly organized leader and team player that is organized, persistent with a strong work ethic, adapts quickly, and independent
  • Experience selling services or SaaS/SW deals of $250K+ (custom-preferred)
  • Proficiency in Salesforce required

Qualifications

  • Build strong client relationships with executives and key decision-makers
  • Understand the needs of the client considering their business objectives and success metrics
  • Develop, own, implement, and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with the client; including fees, expectations on quality, and timescales
  • Ensure services are delivered at the agreed price, quality, and time
  • Extensive preparation for client meetings, including producing sales and marketing materials as needed
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process for all opportunities including initial client communication, on-site presentations, solutions roadmap, Request for Information (RFI) response, multi-day client workshops, Request for Proposal (RFP) submission, Service Level Agreement (SOW) crafting, negotiation and deal signing

$150,000 - $180,000
