Candidate Profile

• At least 5+ years of B2B sales experience
• At least 5+ years of SaaS sales experience (highly desired)
• At least 3+ years of Oil and Gas Experience
• Metrics-driven sales hunter with a high sense of urgency
• Account management (retention) and upsell (growth) experience
• Demonstrated experience forecasting your business on a monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual basis
• Must know outside sales and account management with the ability to demonstrate expertise in an enterprise sales process (CLC markers, discovery, value proposition, buying process, decision-makers, risk mitigation, retention, and closing)
• Driven, focused, and willing to do whatever it takes to generate new conversations and open new doors
• Exceptional listener, have demonstrable consultative / value-based selling experience, and a proven ability to independently build and manage a pipeline
• Self-managed, but also responds well to constructive coaching and feedback to build on your already outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working with a CRM, Salesforce is a huge plus
