The Account Director, Enterprise Sales role is responsible for leading strategic growth initiatives by identifying, developing, and closing high-value enterprise opportunities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Create and execute strategic account plans
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior executives
  • Navigate complex buying environments
  • Position innovative technology solutions to address critical business challenges
  • Develop and present compelling commercial proposals and business cases
  • Manage contract negotiations and customer onboarding
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and performance reporting
  • Represent the organization at customer meetings and industry events

Requirements include:

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in complex technology, SaaS, marketplace, or platform solutions
  • Proven track record of acquiring new enterprise customers and achieving sales goals
  • Experience managing long, complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and large enterprise organizations
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence decision-makers at the C-suite level
  • Excellent business acumen and experience developing commercial strategies, business cases, and executive-level presentations
  • Strong negotiation, communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills
  • Ability to operate independently and manage multiple opportunities and priorities
  • Experience selling into insurance, automotive, fleet, mobility, infrastructure, or related technology industries is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
