The Account Director, Enterprise Sales role is responsible for leading strategic growth initiatives by identifying, developing, and closing high-value enterprise opportunities. Key responsibilities include:
- Create and execute strategic account plans
- Build and maintain relationships with senior executives
- Navigate complex buying environments
- Position innovative technology solutions to address critical business challenges
- Develop and present compelling commercial proposals and business cases
- Manage contract negotiations and customer onboarding
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment
- Maintain accurate CRM records and performance reporting
- Represent the organization at customer meetings and industry events
Requirements include:
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in complex technology, SaaS, marketplace, or platform solutions
- Proven track record of acquiring new enterprise customers and achieving sales goals
- Experience managing long, complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and large enterprise organizations
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence decision-makers at the C-suite level
- Excellent business acumen and experience developing commercial strategies, business cases, and executive-level presentations
- Strong negotiation, communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills
- Ability to operate independently and manage multiple opportunities and priorities
- Experience selling into insurance, automotive, fleet, mobility, infrastructure, or related technology industries is preferred
- Strong organizational skills
