A leading integrated communications agency is seeking an experienced Account Director to join its Beauty & Lifestyle team. This role is ideal for a strategic communicator who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and has a passion for building visibility and cultural relevance for consumer brands.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of multiple client accounts
• Serve as a senior strategic counselor and client contact
• Develop and execute earned media, influencer, and brand communications strategies
• Drive product launches, partnerships, events, and integrated campaigns
• Cultivate relationships with top-tier media, creators, and industry influencers
• Oversee account profitability, resource allocation, and team development
• Mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative team environment
• Contribute to business development and organic growth initiatives

Requirements

• 6-10+ years of public relations or integrated communications experience
• Strong background in beauty, lifestyle, wellness, fashion, or consumer brands
• Agency experience preferred
• Proven success leading client relationships and account teams
• Strong media relations and influencer marketing expertise
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and writing skills
• Passion for consumer culture, trends, and brand storytelling
