About the role
TDG Facilities (TDG) is seeking a dynamic and strategic Account Director to oversee the delivery of integrated facilities services for a key client portfolio in the Cincinnati, Ohio (Sharonville/Blue Ash/West Chester) area. In this critical leadership role, you will drive service excellence, manage client relationships, and lead a cross-functional multi-site team. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our client and ensure that all IFM operations—including maintenance, custodial, grounds, safety, and subcontracted services—are aligned with contract requirements, budget targets, and performance expectations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer, ensuring effective communication and responsiveness to their evolving facility needs.
- Proactively communicate with clients and TDG Facilities operations leaders to confirm work schedules, prioritize team tasks, and support service delivery on time and on budget.
- Understand client needs, objectives, and challenges, and proactively identify opportunities to deliver value and exceed expectations.
- Develop RFP/RFQs based on customer needs/requests.
- Support the management of customer work orders through a cloud-based delivery system.
- Monitor account health and performance metrics, taking a data-driven approach to assess account success and client satisfaction.
- Analyze KPIs and work to achieve a high client retention rate based on overall account success.
- Lead and inspire teams at multiple customer sites, providing guidance, mentorship, and support in achieving individual and team goals.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent in education and experience) is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to convey information to internal and external stakeholders in a clear, focused, and concise manner.
- Critical thinking skills, including demonstrated experience identifying and quantifying issues and providing effective resolutions.
- Proven experience coordinating multiple projects/assignments simultaneously and completing assigned tasks accurately and on a timely basis.
- Personal accountability and a team-focused attitude.
- Extensive knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Ability to learn and adapt to other applications and auditing tools as new technologies are deployed.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Facilities Operations related to General Maintenance, HVAC, Plumbing, Cleaning, and Grounds/Lawn Care is a plus, but not required.

Pay
$85,000–$110,000 yearly salary.
Travel: Moderate (as required for client oversight).
