Executes strategies to achieve functional objectives and deliver desired results. Develops departmental plans that prioritize business/network/agency needs and allocate resources effectively in alignment with functional goals. Oversees resource management to ensure optimal utilization of time, skills, and budgets for meeting performance targets. $100,000 - $140,000 annually Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
