HybridBusiness Development$130k–$140k/yrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually description includes "Description" then responsibilities etc. We need headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use only sections that have real specific content. We have: - Application Deadline: 13 October 2026 (metadata) - Department: Client Services / Project - Location: New York - Compensation: $130,000 - $140,000 / year We need to include Pay section if compensation given. Yes we have compensation range. Schedule? Not given explicitly; maybe hybrid work model mentioned under benefits: "Hybrid work model, where our team comes into the office a minimum of 3 days per week". That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section. Benefits: we have benefits listed: "Work with a state-of-the-art product...", "Learning and development opportunities...", "A fun, engaging work culture...", "Be part of a mission-driven team...", "Opportunity to contribute to large-scale, high-impact projects from day one", then "Benefits and perks offered:" list: Comprehensive paid time off benefits, Hybrid work model..., Generous parental leave, Up to 4% safe harbor company 401k match, Comprehensive, low-cost health benefits. Thus Benefits section. Responsibilities: we have "Key Responsibilities" with subcategories: Client, Creative / Project, Financial / Commercial. We'll combine into a list. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise: list of many bullet-like sentences. We'll put under Skills section. Requirements/Qualifications: The posting includes "10 + years experience working in an agency environment" etc. That's more like qualifications. We'll treat as Requirements or Qualifications. Since we have Skills separate, we can put Requirements for experience and maybe education? Not given. We'll put Requirements: "10+ years experience in agency environment, experience across multiple channels..." etc. We also have "Ability to work weekends and holidays on occasion as required by client workload" and "Must be able to travel internationally for up to two weeks at a time." Those could be under Requirements or Skills. We'll include in Requirements. We need to avoid boilerplate like EEO etc. We removed. We need to preserve all substantive info; not invent. We'll produce HTML:

About the role

maybe include description paragraph. But we have description paragraph after "Description". We'll put that as About the role. Then Responsibilities
  • ... each bullet. We need to parse responsibilities list. From text: Key Responsibilities Client: - Ability to build and grow strong client relationships, as well as displaying an understanding of the client business that allows us to help influencing their thinking - Provide highly responsive client service ensuring very high levels of client satisfaction - Manages reverse brief process with clients - Propose new initiatives that help sustain and develop the account - Effectively manage client communication, status updates and briefings to ensure the client is aware of delivery schedule - Constantly looks for opportunities to grow their clients business - Build relationships with your clients key external agencies - Manages client project debrief process - Will play either Client Lead or Project Lead on all projects - Oversee a team of account managers and coordinators, providing them guidance and checking quality of work Creative / Project: - Play internal client at all stages of the project. You will come to be respected for your understanding of the client, their brand and their business priorities - Design, understand and manage the scope and its deliverables lists - Work closely with creative teams, production team and third party suppliers in developing briefs, timelines and running day-to-day the projects - Design and collaborate on a workback schedule with all departments. Ensure deadlines are communicated internally and externally and delivered accurately - Ensure internal departments have necessary information to execute on the deliverables list and communicate with clients on those needs - Own agenda, meetings, client calls - Work with Resource Management to manage client workload (current and forecast) - Works closely with the specialized Production Leads in the delivery of projects - Oversee budgets, change orders, and fee - Understand burn reports - Manages internal project debriefs - Manages the case study production process to ensure your clients projects are added to our case study library Financial / Commercial: - Oversees the project budget creation process and schedules. Reviews and approves the project budgets and schedules to ensure they are in line with the overall project delivery timelines - Accountable for all project revenue. Meet/exceed all defined project revenue targets defined by the client. Monitored and reported monthly - Work closely with your Client Service, Director in the growth and development of your clients - Ensures Team process compliance (creative, financial & system) - Accountable for timely reconciliation and client communication We'll combine into one list. Skills section: list of bullet points from "Skills, Knowledge and Expertise". We'll extract each sentence separated by line breaks. Let's list them: - 10 + years experience working in an agency environment - Has sound experience across multiple channels specifically events, experiential activations, exhibition design, digital, social media, screen content production and marcomms programs - The ability to work on and manage multiple projects concurrently - Excellent presentation, communication and client liaison skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, cross-functional teams, and internal stakeholders - Team player, must be flexible, inclusive, positive and helpful - Excellent attention to detail - Leads by behavior and attitude, not through position or tenure - Thinks strategically – knowledge of Imagination and Client practices - Inspires creativity and innovation – imagines creative solutions - Drives results – achieves high levels of customer satisfaction - Strong team player, able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders to achieve client objectives - A strong leader, able to motivate and inspire their team and cross-functional teams to achieve client objectives - Exceptional problem-solving skills to identify potential issues and develop creative solutions to resolve them - Strong relationship-building skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, cross-functional teams, and internal stakeholders - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget - Flexibility and adaptability, able to adjust to changing client needs and market conditions - Strong organizational skills, able to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively - Ability to work weekends and holidays on occasion as required by client workload - Must be able to travel internationally for up to two weeks at a time Note some overlap with responsibilities; but we keep as given. Requirements/Qualifications: maybe we can combine experience etc. But we already have skills includes 10+ years experience. To avoid duplication, we could put Requirements: "10+ years experience in agency environment, experience across multiple channels..." etc. But that duplicates skills. However instructions: preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Duplication is okay if it's in original? The original has both skills list includes 10+ years experience etc. So we can keep it under Skills. For Requirements we could note nothing else besides maybe location? But location is metadata. We could skip Requirements section if no distinct content. But we need to include a section only when posting has real specific content. If we don't have distinct requirements beyond what's in skills, we could omit Requirements. However we have "10+ years experience..." which is a requirement; but it's also in skills. It's okay to have it only under Skills. We'll not create a Requirements section if it would be thin/filler. We'll decide to omit Requirements and Qualifications sections. We have Pay section: compensation. Schedule: hybrid work model. Benefits: as described. We'll also include About the role: description paragraph. Let's craft. HTML:
