Account Director

About the role

Our client is seeking an Account Director to drive growth across its Life Sciences business. This highly visible role is ideal for a consultative salesperson with strong pharmaceutical, healthcare communications, or HCP marketing experience who enjoys building strategic partnerships and developing new business opportunities. The successful candidate will work closely with pharmaceutical companies, healthcare agencies, and commercial stakeholders to deliver impactful HCP engagement solutions. Responsibilities

• Drive new business development and grow existing pharmaceutical and biotech accounts
• Build relationships with key stakeholders across healthcare agencies and life sciences organizations
• Lead the sales process from prospecting through proposal development and contract execution
• Serve as a trusted advisor by identifying client needs and recommending strategic solutions

Qualifications

• Proven success selling into pharma, biotech, healthcare communications, healthcare advertising, or media agency environments
• Must have experience establishing relationships with HCP agencies, media buying teams, and pharmaceutical commercial or brand stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business, grow strategic accounts, and consistently exceed revenue targets
• Strong understanding of HCP engagement, pharmaceutical marketing, healthcare media, and consultative solution selling
