Key Responsibilities
- Ensure outstanding customer service is provided to existing customer accounts.
- Develop account planning strategies, sales opportunities, and understand existing business and the segments they serve.
- Use CRM tool to run accounts, maintain call logs and contact info, run reports, etc.
- Collaborate with store managers and employees to ensure customers' needs are met or exceeded.
- Facilitate and accurately generate customer quotes to achieve margin targets in alignment with pricing strategies.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma with 3+ years of previous sales experience, including stellar customer service acuity.
- A higher-level education degree in a business-related field preferred, but not required.
- CRM software experience is preferred, but previous coatings experience is highly valued.
- Daily travel within your assigned territory; must possess a valid driver's license.
