Account-Based Marketing Specialist at BairesDev. We are seeking an Account-Based Marketing Specialist to execute targeted marketing programs focused on deepening relationships with key accounts and supporting expansion opportunities within the existing client base. This role requires a strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution across personalized campaigns and account-specific content.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute ABM campaigns tailored to high-value accounts in collaboration with account management teams.
• Create personalized content and messaging for specific accounts, industries, and decision-maker personas.
• Coordinate multi-channel account outreach including email, direct mail, digital ads, and event invitations.
• Track and analyze account engagement signals to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Maintain ABM platform data and dashboards, ensuring account lists and campaign results are up to date.
• Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to align ABM efforts with account growth strategies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in account-based marketing, B2B marketing, or client marketing.
• Familiarity with ABM platforms such as Demandbase, 6sense, or Terminus.
• Experience developing personalized, account-specific content and multi-channel campaigns.
• Strong collaboration skills with experience working alongside sales and customer success teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track account engagement metrics and report on program performance.
