Account Associate, Strategy
About the Role
We are looking for a self-motivated Account Associate to join our remote-first team. In this role, you will help advertisers scale their localized Connected TV advertising through our growing native platform. You’ll play a key role on the account team, ensuring excellence in customer delivery while driving broader adoption and improving the user experience. This position is ideal for someone eager to learn the media landscape, understand performance drivers, and grow toward more senior, client-facing work. You’ll collaborate with a dynamic, high-performing team across multiple time zones, prioritizing asynchronous communication and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Become an Amazon DSP expert
- Facilitate and execute digital campaign management tasks, including:
- Media planning, campaign setup, and ad trafficking
- Quality assurance and troubleshooting
- Monitoring client performance and delivery
- Reporting and analytics
- Billing and budgeting
- Draft and craft proposals from inbound leads for account managers and senior leads
- Own day-to-day management of smaller accounts, including client communication and campaign QA
- Support the development of campaign media plans that meet client objectives
- Assist in maintaining the overall health of client relationships
- Analyze and interpret data for action using HubSpot and internal tools
- Work with account managers and senior leads to flag issues early and keep campaigns on track
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding campaign performance
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal teams
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in digital media, paid media, or a related agency role
- Some prior client-facing experience (e.g., interacting directly with clients, not just behind the scenes)
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple priorities/tasks at once
- Clear, confident communicator—comfortable with clients, account managers, and leadership
- A self-starter who can work independently in a remote environment but isn’t afraid to ask questions
- Amazon DSP experience is a plus, but not required

Pay
The expected base pay for this role is $70,000–$80,000 per year, plus bonus and equity. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as skill set, experience, and geographic location.
