Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Aid customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Cookordination with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as an industrial engineer for an oil company, bringing a problem-solving mindset and strong work ethic into the business. Role Description
Compensation: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
