Our Agency
I attended the University of North Alabama and bring 26 years of experience with State Farm across a variety of roles. I opened my first agency in 2013 and expanded with a second location in 2023. Today, we’re a team of 18 across both offices, focused on growth, collaboration, and strong performance.
We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, and Renters Insurance. Our office is located in Gardendale.
Role Description
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Scott Cantrell - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Aid customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Cook with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
Compensation
$40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
