Role Description
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Wayne Midro - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community.
Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts and update information in the database.
- Aid clients with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with clients on claim status.
- Cookordination with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Build trust with customers through reliable quality service.
- Help agency achieve growth goals by focusing on customer needs and providing solutions for customers.
- Aid customer inquiries in person, over the phone, via email, and text message.
- Money handling, taking customer payments.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field can help boost starting base salary.
- Detail oriented with strong work ethic.
- Ability to multi-task and follow up for Quality control and Excellent customer service delivery
Compensation
$40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
