Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Aid customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Cope with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
• Show strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Show excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Have previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
• Have bilingual Spanish skills preferred.
