About the role

I opened my State Farm agency in 2007 and currently lead a close-knit team of three. I’ve been with State Farm my entire career, starting in Finance and interning right out of college before eventually pursuing my dream of agency ownership. I’m married with three daughters, and my husband — a third-generation insurance agent — now works alongside me in the business. I’m bilingual and a proud graduate of St. Ambrose University, where I earned both my B.A. in Accounting and my MBA. Outside the office, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family or doting on our toy poodle. I’m passionate about community involvement and proudly sponsor Dream Catchers, an organization that makes a meaningful impact in the lives of others.

Role Description

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Carolina Espinoza - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database
  • Aid customers with policy changes and inquiries
  • Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities
  • Cookordination with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance

Compensation

$50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
