I opened my agency in 1991 and currently lead a team of seven. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in healthcare, where helping others was already an important part of my career. Today, I'm proud to lead a well-established agency with an experienced team and a strong history of serving our customers and community. Role Description
As an Account Associate for John Marcelli - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation
$45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance. Our office is located in NE Corner of Tramway and Montgomery. Our office is open 8:30 to 4:30 M-F. I have been a State Farm agent since 1991. I am a proud graduate of University of New Mexico. We currently have 6 team members at our agency. Our agency has received awards including: Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Senior Vice President's Club, Crystal Excellence Award, National Quality Award, Silver Scroll, Golden Triangle, and Bronze Tablet.
