About the role
As an Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You will grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. This role involves proactively marketing relevant products and services to improve the lives of our customers while advancing your career and bettering your community.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Pay
$45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
