ACCOUNT ASSOCIATE - STATE FARM AGENT TEAM MEMBER

Role Description

We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Account Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting the sales process by handling the administrative and follow-up tasks that ensure smooth operations after a sale is made.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on applications, missing documents, and required signatures.
• Cook up with underwriting to resolve pending issues and expedite policy issuance.
• Set and confirm appointments for agents and clients.
• Maintain accurate client records and policy data.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding policy changes and status updates.
• Support the sales team with other administrative and operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field is a plus.
• Comfort making phone calls and following up on outstanding items.
• Bilingual Spanish highly preferred.

Pay

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
