Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Aid customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Cookordination with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
• Show strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Show excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Possess previous experience in insurance or a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bubbly, outgoing, honest, detail-oriented, and dependable personality.
• Insurance license(s) in good standing.
• Comfortable selling and servicing customer accounts.
• Works well as part of a team.

About the Role

I opened my agency in 2007 and lead a well-established team of six. Before becoming an agent, I worked with State Farm in claims, which gave me a strong foundation in understanding policies, problem-solving, and delivering excellent customer care. I attended a local university and later went on to Touro Law School, bringing a detail-oriented and thoughtful approach to how we serve our customers and support our team.

Our office is located in a charming, walkable village area, and the environment is pleasant, personal, and highly relationship-driven. We value face-to-face interactions and have a tenured team that truly enjoys working together and being part of the community we serve.
