About the role
I’ve been an agent since 2017 and have a team of five. Before opening my agency, I worked in logistics, which gave me a strong foundation for running a fast-paced, results-driven business. I’m a proud graduate of Auburn University, married with one daughter, and actively involved with the Asian Chamber of Commerce and Pflugerville Chamber of Commerce. Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Aid customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Cookorate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Pay
$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
