Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Aid customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Cook up coordination with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
