Responsibilities
- Generate new business through proactive outreach, referrals, follow-up, and relationship development
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support retention and growth
- Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, life, and other insurance products
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions through consultative sales conversations
- Aid customers with account questions, policy updates, and service-related needs while maintaining a strong customer experience
- Track activity, pipeline progress, and production performance consistently
- Collaborate with team members to support agency growth initiatives and office goals
- Ensure compliance with agency standards and insurance regulations
Qualifications
- Sales-driven mindset with a strong desire to meet and exceed goals
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and persuasion skills
- Confidence initiating conversations and asking for the sale
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude
- Prior Insurance, Sales, Customer-facing, Or Related Industry Experience (Preferred)
