Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through proactive outreach, referrals, follow-up, and relationship development
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support retention and growth
  • Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, life, and other insurance products
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions through consultative sales conversations
  • Aid customers with account questions, policy updates, and service-related needs while maintaining a strong customer experience
  • Track activity, pipeline progress, and production performance consistently
  • Collaborate with team members to support agency growth initiatives and office goals
  • Ensure compliance with agency standards and insurance regulations

Qualifications

  • Sales-driven mindset with a strong desire to meet and exceed goals
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and persuasion skills
  • Confidence initiating conversations and asking for the sale
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude
  • Prior Insurance, Sales, Customer-facing, Or Related Industry Experience (Preferred)
