We are located in Prairie Village, KS and help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including:

• Auto insurance
• Home insurance
• Life insurance
• Retirement planning

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
