Account Associate - Influencer & Partnerships

Responsibilities

• Aid in talent procurement programs and campaigns, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Develop strategies to grow existing accounts, staying updated on each client’s market, competitive environment, and business goals to provide tactical talent partnership recommendations.
• Create and refine presentations, departmental POVs, agency materials, and talent communications under the guidance of senior team members.
• Analyze and present weekly and/or monthly reports, offering insights and making recommendations for optimization.
• Research and recommend new vendors/partners to the department director.
• Collaborate internally with the Influencer and Partnerships team and cross-departmental account team members to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in Influencer and Talent Marketing, demonstrating a proactive approach to expanding the agency’s offerings.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of communications, social media, or digital marketing experience.
• Experience in digital marketing or talent relations, with influencer experience preferred.
• Proficiency in creating detailed marketing plans for clients and using tools like Google Suite (Google Docs, Google Sheets).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Effective problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of major social platforms including Twitch, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube.
• Understanding of digital marketing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
