About the role

The Account Analyst is responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer account data and billing processes
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Monitor account performance and make adjustments as necessary
• Ensure all transactions are accurate and in compliance with company policies
• Prepare reports and analytics on account performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
