Accident Reconstructionist / Biomechanical Engineer (Expert Witness Experience)

Dane Street is a leading independent review organization specializing in medical and forensic advisory services. We partner with highly qualified experts to deliver objective, evidence-based opinions across a wide range of case types.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accident reconstruction and biomechanical analyses
• Audit injury mechanisms and assess their consistency with incident reports
• Review records, police reports, and related documentation
• Prepare clear, well-supported expert reports
• Provide deposition and/or trial testimony as needed

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Biomechanical Engineering, Bioengineering, or a related discipline
• Proven experience in accident reconstruction and injury analysis
• Prior expert witness testimony (deposition and/or trial) required
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Engagement Details

• Independent contractor (1099), case-by-case assignments
