ACCESSORY INSTALLER

Job Summary

Notbohm Motors Auto Group, a premier automotive network in Miles City, Montana, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Accessory Installer to join our team. As an Accessory Installer, you will be responsible for installing aftermarket accessories on vehicles to enhance their appearance and functionality. This is a full-time, individual contributor role that requires strong technical skills and attention to detail in the auto industry.

Responsibilities

• Install various aftermarket accessories such as audio systems, tow hitches, roof racks, and interior accessories on vehicles
• Read and interpret technical instructions and diagrams to ensure proper installation
• Utilize hand and power tools, including drills, saws, and wrenches, to complete installations
• Perform quality checks and test installed accessories to ensure they are functioning properly
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to safety standards at all times
• Communicate with customers to address any concerns or questions regarding the installation process
• Complete documentation and reports for all installations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive accessory installation
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
• Proficient in using hand and power tools
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to read and interpret technical instructions and diagrams
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
