- Are there disadvantages to being a disabled beneficiary?
- No, there are no disadvantages to being a disabled beneficiary, only advantages. According to Andreas Gößler, Disability Liaison Officer at TU Graz, "There are no disadvantages to being a disabled beneficiary, only advantages."
- What are the rules regarding termination of employment for employees with disabilities?
- For the first four years of employment, the same rules and regulations regarding termination of employment apply to all employees regardless of whether they have a disability. After these first four years, the increased protection against dismissal takes effect, but people with disabilities can still be dismissed for a good reason. Appeals can be made against the rejection.
