About the Role

As an AYF Parts Intern, you’ll manage parts inventory, assist customers and technicians with orders, and learn dealership operations and logistics. You’ll also use technology to track and fulfill orders, making an impact while building your future in a stable, fun, and growth-oriented career.

Pay

$18 – $19 / hour

Responsibilities

• Explore dealership operations by rotating through departments to understand daily workflows and the value of teamwork
• Support the parts department by assisting with customer service, marketing, stocking, and delivery of parts and accessories to ensure internal and external customers have what they need
• Be a proactive learner by participating in training, meetings, and customer engagement initiatives while demonstrating a strong willingness to grow and contribute
• Represent RDO with pride by maintaining a professional image, following safety protocols, and supporting a positive team environment

Requirements

• Self-starter mindset with the ability to take initiative and show a strong desire to learn and contribute
• Customer-first attitude and commitment to world-class service
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
• Comfortable using a CRM platform, computers, and Microsoft Office tools
• Valid work authorization in the U.S. without company sponsorship
