Access Control Specialist Part Time - Cleared (TS/SCI With Poly)
Essential Responsibilities
- Monitor and control the access of employees and visitors in and out of restricted areas.
- Ensure that prohibited and restricted items do not find their way in or out of the building.
- Diligently monitor your restricted area.
- Provide excellent customer service to all employees and visitors.
- Remain alert and aware of surroundings.
- Exhibit excellent communication in every interaction.
- Ensure attention to detail.
- Work independently during your scheduled shift(s).
- Adapt to change within high-volume, fast-paced, and slow-paced environments.
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently hold an active Top-Secret Clearance with Poly.
- Work 1st Shift: (5:00am - 1:00pm +/- 1 hour), 2nd Shift: (1:00pm - 9:00pm +/- 1 hour), or 3rd Shift: (9:00pm-5:00am +/- 1 hour) based on contract needs.
- Commit to working one (1) weekend shift, every weekend.
- Have and maintain a valid state driver’s license in good standing.
- High School diploma or GED.
- U.S. citizenship.
- Live within a 50-mile radius of Bluffdale, UT.
- Read, speak, and understand English language fluently.
- Be comfortable leaving your mobile device at home or in your car.
- Be available to work 2 major holidays and 1 minor holiday, as determined by Amentum, per year.
Service Contract Act (SCA) Compensation & Benefits
This is an hourly, overtime-eligible position that falls under the Service Contract Act (SCA). In accordance with the Health and Welfare provisions of the SCA, and in addition to your base hourly rate, you may be eligible to receive an additional health and welfare payment for each hour you work to ensure compliance with the minimums set forth by the act.
The amount you are entitled to receive will vary depending upon the fringe benefits you select now and in the future.
Compensation Details: $18.55-$28.72
