ACCELON INC.: RUBY ON RAILS BACKEND DEVELOPER

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy high-quality Ruby on Rails applications.
• Review team Pull Requests (PRs) for accuracy, stability, and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with team members through pairing sessions to enhance skills and code quality.
• Ensure the stability and performance of existing applications, providing support as needed.
• Engage in code reviews, technical strategy discussions, and system architecture planning to meet both functional and non-functional requirements.

Qualifications

• Tech Stack: Ruby, Rails, AWS, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Kubernetes, UNIX/Linux, XML, SFTP.
• Enthusiasm and passion for building impactful solutions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Openness to sharing ideas and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
