Accelerator Program Manager, Founders School - $200,000/year USD

What You Will Be Doing

• Push forward daily execution and momentum within your assigned student portfolio using standups, coaching interactions, and accountability frameworks.
• Lead weekly one-on-one coaching conversations and daily touchpoints that enable students to navigate challenges and sustain progress.
• Track student performance within FounderOS, spot stalled momentum early, and arrange support resources as required.
• Link students to mentors, entrepreneurs, operators, and growth opportunities that speed their development.
• Organize workshops, events, and community activities that build culture and elevate performance expectations.
• Demonstrate practical AI application and guide students in embedding AI into their ventures, workflows, and decision-making.
• Accompany students on 3-4 school trips annually.

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Delivering in-depth strategic business consulting while students develop their companies.
• Tolerating performance below a student's proven capability.
• Instructing academic courses.

Basic Requirements

• 3+ years in leadership roles or high-impact individual contributor positions at startups, growth-stage companies, or similarly rigorous environments.
• The capability to participate comfortably in entrepreneurial discussions and recognize when to involve deeper expertise.
• A unique strength beyond coaching: workshop design, event orchestration, content development, community cultivation, relationship building, or another equally impactful skill.
• The capacity to capture the attention of driven teenagers and build an environment they are eager to join.
• The skill to provide challenging feedback in ways that enhance motivation and performance.
• Daily usage of AI tools with concrete examples of how AI enhances your output.
• Readiness to work on-site in New York City (relocation assistance available).
• Work authorization for the United States.

Nice-to-have Requirements

• Founded or co-founded a company.
• Background in coaching, mentoring, or managing programs for teenagers or young adults.
• An established network of entrepreneurs, operators, investors, or mentors.
• Early-stage startup experience involving multiple responsibilities and building systems from the ground up.
