About the role

The Accelerated Management Trainee Program is an exclusive, fast-track leadership program designed to develop the next generation of sales leaders at Bish's RV. This highly selective program is built for individuals who are relentlessly competitive, entrepreneurial in their mindset, and driven to build their own business within our business.

What You'll Do

• Approximately two weeks of foundational training at our Dealer Support Center.
• Relocation to a Bish's RV dealership based on business needs.
• Mastery of our proven sales process as an RV Outfitter over the first six months.
• Generating opportunities, developing relationships, and continuously finding new ways to sell more RVs.
• Qualifying for the Leadership Development Program (LDP) by achieving key performance milestones.
• Participating in an accelerated version of our Leadership Development Program.
• Continuing to serve as a high-performing RV Outfitter while advancing through the program.

What We're Looking For

• Recent college graduate with a degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Successful completion of two sales internships.
• Participation in collegiate sales competitions.
• Demonstrated history of challenging the status quo and improving outcomes.
• Self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset and the desire to build your own business.
• Relentless commitment to being the best and continuously improving.
• Innovative thinker who embraces change and seeks better solutions.
• Coachable, adaptable, and eager to learn.
