Responsibilities
- Aid in day-to-day LMS support.
- Provide initial support for routine LMS and academic technology inquiries.
- Create, revise, and maintain help resources, training materials, support pages, internal procedures, checklists, and documentation.
- Support faculty in the use of College-supported academic technology tools that enhance teaching and learning.
- Offer ADA and Title II accessibility support, including helping faculty utilize available tools, checklists, and resources; refer complex issues as necessary.
- Communicate LMS updates, academic technology tool information, training opportunities, accessibility reminders, and related support topics to faculty and staff.
- Test, document, and communicate updates to LMS features, academic technology tools, and instructional support resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- One year of related work experience preferred.
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheeting, database management, electronic communication, and common productivity applications.
- Experience using an LMS preferred.
- Experience with multimedia tools, web-based applications, accessibility tools, video/podcasting tools, or academic technology support preferred.
- Excellent customer service and responsive support skills.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to track requests, follow procedures, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to create, edit, and maintain clear documentation, instructions, checklists, and support materials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- High degree of computer literacy.

Pay
$45,000 - $48,000 based on education and experience.
Schedule
Full Time, 52 Weeks.
Minimum 37.5 hours per week, hours vary and may include evenings and additional weekend hours as determined by the college.
